Headshot (2016) – the new release from Arrow Films – is not, as you might think, an in-depth look at the workings of a model agency. This, instead, is the latest high octane thriller from The Mo Brothers (Kimo and Timo Tjahjanto) – the directors behind such previous gruesome offerings as Macabre (2009).
This ultra-violent head-rush – concerning a young man (Iko Uwais) suffering from amnesia whose past catches up with him with devastating results – is released in UK cinemas and on VOD on the 3rd March. If its trailer is anything to go by, viewers look set for a suitably hard hitting experience.
