Next month sees the legend of the Mummy brought to the big screen as never before. Forget Christopher Lee’s interpretation for Hammer, as this time round it is the reincarnation of the deadly Egyptian Princess Ahmanet, played by Sofia Boutella, pitted against Tom Cruise’s action hero Nick Morton.
Universal – the studio who originally introduced Boris Karloff as the cloth bound freak to cinema goers in the 1930s – have brought the legend bang up to date. As these exclusive stills and featurette show, there will be no shortage of action when the film blasts into cinemas on the 9th June.
