Following on from the events of Captain America: Civil War, Ant-Man and the Wasp finds Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) coming a cropper for siding against Tony Stark et al. Luckily, also along for the ride is Dr Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and an increasingly hands-on Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lily), now suited and booted as The Wasp.
