The animators behind Wallace and Gromit go 3D as they reveal Santa’s high-tech secret!

It’s a mystery that has puzzled generations of children. How does Santa manage to visit the homes of every child in the world in just one night? Now the truth can be told, thanks to Britain’s very own Aardman animation. Beneath the North Pole, there’s a huge military operation staffed by 1.6 million elves, who ensure that all two billion presents are delivered on Christmas Eve. And the sleigh used by Santa (Jim Broadbent) is a massive invisible airship called the S1. But this year they’ve managed to miss out one little girl. It’s up to Santa’s son Arthur (James McAvoy) and crotchety old Grandsanta (Bill Nighy) to save the day! The studio who gave us Wallace and Gromit make their first foray into 3D with this spectacular CG family adventure boasting a stellar voice cast.

Robin Yacoubian

Robin Yacoubian has been the Editor of Flickfeast for more years than he cares to remember. He has always had an appetite for film that borders on unhealthy and outwardly extols the merits or World and Indie cinema, whilst secretly loving nothing better than a good blockbuster If asked what his favourite film was he would always reply "Not the Shawshank Redemption". Not that it is a bad film… far from it... just not his favourite.
